This type of audit\u00a0analyzes our manufacturing facility and GMP programs to determine if the\u00a0packaging we produce is safe for food packagers to use in their facilities. The <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.accessdata.fda.gov\/scripts\/cdrh\/cfdocs\/cfcfr\/CFRSearch.cfm?CFRPart=110\">21 CFR Part 110<\/a><\/span><\/strong> are regulations from the Food and Drug Administration that deal primarily with food sanitation, food handling and food preparation. As a secondary packaging supplier for companies preparing and selling food products, it is important that our shipping boxes and other packaging are produced in a facility complying with\u00a0these regulations.<\/p>\n<p>The FSMA stands for the <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fda.gov\/Food\/GuidanceRegulation\/FSMA\/default.htm\">FDA Food Safety Modernization Act<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. This act was signed into law by President Obama in 2011. The act was the first major overhaul of our nation&#8217;s food safety practices since 1938.
